SHORT BIO
Joanna Georgiou is a Ph.D. candidate at the Computer Science Department, University of Cyprus. She holds a Master's degree in Computer Science (2021) and a Bachelor's degree (2019) in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus. From 2018, she had many opportunities to work as intern in various research labs, such as LInC , DMSL and CYENS. For the past few years she has been working as a researcher in many EU projects (ICARUS H2020, RAINBOW H2020, etc).
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Distributed Systems and Internet Computing with an emphasis on Edge Computing, Benchmarking and DevOps.
